Hartley Truffles

Our two varieties of oak now produce beautiful black winter truffles. With the help of our two border collie dogs we harvest every June, July and August ready for the domestic and export market.

Truffled Salt Flakes

Use the salt with potatoes, butter popcorn, pasta, chicken, sprinkle over white fish and is yummy on eggs and avocado. The salt, sourced from ancient sea beds in Victoria, Australia, is enhanced by the fresh truffle –instant salt and pepper! No added preservatives or aromas.

Truffled Honey

Use to flavour natural yoghurt, drizzle over a gooey brie or blue cheese, delicious on pancakes for breakfast, add to mix a little truffled honey with some soft butter and glaze your carrots; or just use it off a spoon. Our honey is pure and sourced locally, no preservatives or aromas added.
